The practice of Chi Gong is a very gentle method of movement for developing and cultivating the energy of your whole being, (mind, body and spirit) with your inner Chi or “Life Energy”. These gentle standing movements can be practiced by all age groups. Class will cover the following two different forms: Life Force Energy Chi Gong (created by Ernie) Which is designed to integrate the Chakras connecting to the universal energy that is all around us and within all of us. This will balance our Chakras, the Aura, and the Energy connecting the body, mind and spirit. Ba Daun Jin the Eight Strands of Brocade which is one of the most common forms of Chinese Chi Gong used as exercise. It is a system that promotes health. The movements are related to the meridians and their associated internal organs. Chi Gong Classes will be a 4 week class series on Thursdays; April 3,10,17,24 Time: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM.
